Understanding Your Investment in Care

Treatment costs vary depending on your individual needs and treatment plan. Our team will provide an estimate of your expected costs before treatment whenever possible.

Estimated copayments are due at the time of service. Because insurance plans and benefits vary, estimates are not a guarantee of payment. Your insurance company ultimately determines your coverage and benefits.

Insurance Plans We Accept

Quality Dentistry is a preferred provider for:

• Delta Dental plans — excluding DeltaCare and Willamette

• GEHA

• Cigna

• Regence

• Premera

• Guardian

We can also bill many other dental insurance plans. When we are not a preferred provider, your insurance company may reimburse services according to your plan's out-of-network or usual-and-customary provisions.

Insurance policies can be complicated, but you don't have to navigate them alone. Our knowledgeable front office team is here to help with insurance claims, paperwork, and benefit questions.

No Dental Insurance?

We believe you shouldn't have to put off quality dental care simply because you don't have dental insurance.

For patients without insurance, Quality Dentistry offers a dental membership plan designed to provide an affordable way to maintain regular preventive care and receive dental benefits throughout the year.
