Meet the Team
Pam – Steilacoom
Front Office Administrator / Patient Care Coordinator - Steilacoom
I have been in the dental field for over 30 years. I enjoy dentistry and how quality dentistry can improve your health, relieve pain, and improve your self-esteem. My goal is to build lifelong relationaships with each patient by getting to know them and how I can help them.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, especially my children, grandchildren and thier pups and kitties. Often, I get in trouble giving them to many treats.
Julie - Lakewood Office
Front Office Administrator / Patient Care Coordinator - Lakewood
I worked as a dental assistant for six years while living in San Diego. Since then, I’ve transitioned from assisting to working in the front office, where I truly enjoy connecting with patients and building lasting relationships. Creating a welcoming and positive experience for everyone who walks through the door is something I take great pride in.
Outside of work, I enjoy gardening, crocheting, and spending quality time with friends and family. We also host weekly board game nights and have built a collection of well over 200 different games—it’s one of my favorite ways to relax and stay connected with the people I care about.
Krystal
Registered Dental Hygienist
My interest for dentistry started when I was six years old. I was a Dental Assistant for ten years and graduated from Seattle Central College in 2022 as a Registered Dental Hygienist. I have a strong passion and desire to serve others and give back. I love helping my community by making a difference in their lives. At work, I value supporting my patients, educating them and treating both types of periodontal diseases with routine cleanings, periodontal maintenance and/or deep cleanings. I also value my coworkers by implementing leadership, teamwork, compassion, and consideration for others. Outside of work, I love to relax, travel, and swim. I am actively involved with my church as I am the secretary and treasurer!

Registered Dental Hygienist
I enjoy getting to know patients on a personal level, learning about their life, family, and interests. The better I understand who they are as a person, the better I’m able to help them take control of their smile’s health. I take X-rays and perform head and neck exams. I also perform routine and deep cleanings, along with periodontal maintenance. A lot of my time is spent teaching people how to care for their oral health and keep their smile in great shape.
My amazing husband and I have two cats, a bird, and 14 incredible nieces and nephews. We love to hike all over Washington and vacation in Hawaii. I’m also the Treasurer and a Board Member of my Homeowner’s Association. This keeps me busy but allows me to get to know my great neighbors.

In my off time I enjoy gardening, watching baseball and snuggling with my chihuahua Subie.
