I like welcoming and talking with our patients. I want each person to feel comfortable and at home during their visits, and to know we are here for them. I handle a variety of front office duties in addition to greeting and checking in patients. My favorite is helping people maximize their dental insurance benefits, so they get the care they need when they need it, without stress. I also handle treatment and financial coordination, billing, and collections.
My family keeps me busy: I have a grown son and daughter, five grandchildren, and a sixth on the way. I love gardening and decorating and, weather permitting, you’ll find my significant other and I on the golf course.
I enjoy talking with and getting to know each patient. I work hard to make sure they feel comfortable, safe, and reassured while they’re here. By listening to a person’s concerns, and making sure they understand what’s going to happen, I help them relax. I set up our treatment room, then seat and prepare our patient to see the doctor. Working chairside, I support the doctor while telling the patient what we’re doing and making sure they’re comfortable.
I’m a driven, resourceful person. I love my job, am a team player, and enjoy helping others. When I’m not working, I enjoy time with my family and art.
I like meeting new people and making sure they have a positive visit, leaving with a big, happy smile. We have truly gentle dentists, who pay attention to each person’s goals and concerns. I help patients get comfortable in the chair, explain what will happen during their procedure, and answer their questions. Then I sit by their side, acting as the doctor’s second pair of hands and talking with our patient.
When we’re not working, my husband Brandon and I enjoy traveling, camping, hiking, and walking our dogs. We love getting hooked on a new TV show and trying new restaurants.
Registered Dental Hygienist
I enjoy getting to know patients on a personal level, learning about their life, family, and interests. The better I understand who they are as a person, the better I’m able to help them take control of their smile’s health. I take X-rays and perform head and neck exams. I also perform routine and deep cleanings, along with periodontal maintenance. A lot of my time is spent teaching people how to care for their oral health and keep their smile in great shape.
My amazing husband and I have two cats, a bird, and 14 incredible nieces and nephews. We love to hike all over Washington and vacation in Hawaii. I’m also the Treasurer and a Board Member of my Homeowner’s Association. This keeps me busy but allows me to get to know my great neighbors
Registered Dental Hygienist
I have a genuine passion for helping people take control of their smile’s health. I enjoy building positive relationships with my patients and providing individualized care. Each patient has unique dental health goals and concerns. By forming a partnership with each person, I’m able to help them attain their healthiest smile. I take digital X-rays, clean teeth, and provide fluoride and periodontal treatments. A lot of my time is spent teaching patients about their oral health. Together, we find the home hygiene products and processes that work for them.
When I’m not caring for patients, I’m usually spending time with my partner and our four wonderful children. We enjoy lots of outdoor activities, especially skiing and kayaking. I believe in helping our community and volunteer for local environmental projects as well as community dental health programs.
