Pam – Steilacoom 
Front Office Administrator / Patient Care Coordinator - Lakewood

I have been in the dental field for over 30 years. I enjoy dentistry and how quality dentistry can improve your health, relieve pain, and improve your self-esteem. My goal is to build lifelong relationaships with each patient by getting to know them and how I can help them. 

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, especially my children, grandchildren and thier pups and kitties. Often, I get in trouble giving them to many treats.

I am a people person and have worked with people in the fitness, fine art, and dentistry industries. I love getting to know our patients and making their trip to the office as easy and comfortable as possible. When you visit, you will probably hear me making silly jokes with our amazing Dental Assistant, Susan. 

Outside of work, I like to learn new things every day. I devote
all of my time to my Golden Doodle, Harley, as well as to my family and stationary bike. If I’m feeling brave, you will find me trying my hand at karaoke. I look forward to working with you at your next visit!

Jessica
Registered Dental Hygienist

I enjoy getting to know patients on a personal level, learning about their life, family, and interests. The better I understand who they are as a person, the better I’m able to help them take control of their smile’s health. I take X-rays and perform head and neck exams. I also perform routine and deep cleanings, along with periodontal maintenance. A lot of my time is spent teaching people how to care for their oral health and keep their smile in great shape. 

My amazing husband and I have two cats, a bird, and 14 incredible nieces and nephews. We love to hike all over Washington and vacation in Hawaii. I’m also the Treasurer and a Board Member of my Homeowner’s Association. This keeps me busy but allows me to get to know my great neighbors.

In my off time I enjoy gardening, watching baseball and snuggling with my chihuahua Subie.

I have been a Dental Assistant for 20+ years and am currently a part of the Expanded Function Dental Assisting program. I love assisting patients with their dental needs while building trusted personal relationships. 

My free time is spent getting together and going on trips with my family,
kids, and grandbabies. However, when I’m not with my family, I love my team here at Quality Dentistry. A smile is contagious…so let’s all smile!
